I’m Ira Jolley, and I’m running for Monroe County Treasurer to combine my professional expertise and my passion for public service, serving the people of Monroe County with dedication and integrity. My goal is to bring greater transparency, accountability, and trust to the management of our community’s financial resources.

As a 5th-generation resident of Monroe County and a proud graduate of Stroudsburg High School, my lifelong commitment to the prosperity of our community runs deep.

With 35 years of experience in investment banking at Bear Stearns, executive sales leadership at AT&T, and a strong background in insurance and risk management, I possess the expertise necessary to manage our county’s finances with precision. These experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in fiscal responsibility, strategic planning, and risk assessment—skills that are crucial for ensuring Monroe County’s financial future remains strong and secure.
