With over 35 years of professional experience, Ira has honed his skills in financial management, strategic planning, and business leadership. Mr. Jolley’s journey began in the Financial Services sector with Bear Stearns and Company, a top tier Wall Street firm, where he was responsible for managing an investment portfolio for his private clients. He was charged with growing and overseeing his clients’ investments on a year over year basis. After a 5 year run with Bear Stearns, Ira migrated to the Telecommunications industry with both BellSouth and AT&T, where he held management positions that tasked him with overseeing financial budgets and P&L responsibilities. In this dynamic corporate environment, Ira developed a keen understanding of fiscal accountability and the importance of making sound financial decisions.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Jolley ventured into the world of business ownership, founding his own consulting firm. Through hard work, dedication, and innovative thinking, he transformed this venture into a thriving success story. This experience not only solidified Mr. Jolley’s expertise in financial management, but also instilled in him a deep appreciation for the value of hard work and determination.

Prior to his relocation back to the Poconos, Jolley served as a Partner and Vice President at one of the largest Insurance Brokerages in Georgia. In this capacity, he navigated complex financial, safety and risk management landscapes, built strong relationships with clients and partners, and helped his clients to achieve ambitious goals of reducing expenditures and maintaining a safe work environment. Mr. Jolley's tenure in the insurance industry further underscored his commitment to excellence, integrity, and community service.
